This is the invitation of the autumnal curve of the year: a journey inwards, and down, to seek out what will sustain us through the winter months.

First, we turn our attention inward, with an honest and gentle curiosity. We identify the places where we get stuck, the patterns we repeat, and the stories we continue to tell ourselves about ourselves.
